· Foundry industry
1- Heat 100 kg of clean sand to 65-75 oC by hot air.
2- Mixed this sand with 750 gm of hexamine.
3-Add 7 kg of shalco resin to this mixture.
4- Leave the mixture for 4 min at the same temperature of hot air.
5- Pass cold air for about 3 min then add 200 gm of calcium Stearate powder.
6- Sieving the product to separate the fine coated sand.

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area, out of direct sunlight .Separate from acids and oxidizers.

Use approved air-purifying respirator.goggles, gloves & suitable clothing recommended.
