Phenol Formaldehyde Grinding Wheel Powder Resin (GWP)

Phenol-formaldehyde resin bonded grinding wheel which has grinding characteristics like that of shellac bonded grinding wheels.

Grinding materials are based on high quality Calcined Alumina grits mixed with Silicon carbide grains to impart special working hardness

Applications

·  A bonding agent for grinding / cutting wheel or abrasive material manufacture.

· Cut steel and masonry block; to sharpen knives, drill bits, and many other tools;

· Clean and prepare surfaces for painting or plating.

The precision of automobiles and jet engine rotors rests upon the use of grinding wheels.
