Hardener
Ammonium chloride or acids is used as hardener (as per requirement). Uses:
- Temperature of the press (90 – 110)ºC
- Pressure and time press according to the thickness and type of wood.
- Hardener percentage around 0.7- 1 % Part per weight of Resin (glue)
N.B: UF resin can be used as it is without dilution or diluted by water and filler (as wheat flour) and along with hardener.
