Phenol formaldehyde liquid for coating sand
How to use
- Heat 100 kg of clean sand to 65-75 oC by hot air.
- Mixed this sand with 750 gm of hexamine.
- Add 7 kg of shalco resin to this mixture.
- Leave the mixture for 4 min at the same temperature of hot air.
- Pass cold air for about 3 min then add 200 gm of calcium Stearate powder.
- Sieving the product to separate the fine coated sand.
