On The Job Traninig

OJT training, sometimes called direct instruction, is one of the earliest forms of training and it is probably the most popular method of training because it requires only a person who knows how to do the task, and the tools the person uses to do the task. For that only OJT ( On Job Trainings ) are the prime importance for our training calendar. The training requirements are defined by HOD( head of department ) then compiled in the annual training program as per ISO requirements and company vision.

The training programs cover different subject and programs like 5S system, safety and fighting fire, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 18001, and technical operational subjects. The trainees are evaluated and granted a certificate of success.
