The recruitment in MRI follows a standard procedure. The selection procedure starts after
receiving the CV, referring to a particular vacancy. The recruiting consists of the following
steps:
  1. Evaluation of the Application or resume.
  2. First selection session consisting of preliminary interview.
  3. Second selection session consisting of further interviews and an assessment.
  4. After we discuss the contract terms and conditions, we offer you a job.

Please ensure that your application meets MRI recruitment criteria. Otherwise your application will be rejected:
  1. Universities fresh graduate students GPA must be at least 65%.
  2. Secondary School graduates must be 70% and above (Science and Commerce Stream).
  3. Secondary School graduates must be 75% and above (Commercial & Industrial)
  4. Minimum GPA requirement above does not apply to applicants who have at least 3 years of hands on related experience in a well & professionally managed organization.
